Ambassador Sales offers maintenance programs for your automatic door systems. With these programs you get to choose the type of coverage that will best suit your needs, depending on who uses your door system the most (the general public, children, and/or people with special needs). Maintenance programs can save you time and money in the future.
An Ambassador Sales Service Plan includes:
1. Annual inspection(s) - An AAADM* certified technician will complete a 9 point inspection, as well as adjust and lubricate the door equipment as needed (once or twice a year depending on the coverage you choose). *AAADAM stands for American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers. Having your doors inspected by an AAADM certified technician means that your automatic door system is properly calibrated and meets applicable codes for mode of operation.
2. The inspection date(s) are mutually agreed upon so that we can work with you and your schedule.
3. A report detailing our work and findings will be provided for your records.
4. Any and all repairs that are required will be approved by you before they are complete.
Discounted rate on replacement parts: replacement parts that are required will be charged at a discounted rate (from 10% - 20% depending on the type of coverage that you choose)
